Job description / Role
A leading multinational Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Market Access Senior Manager for their office in Dubai. The Market Access Senior Manager will be responsible for the companies Oncology product portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain new and existing long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Health Care Providers and MOH personnel.
- Develop and deliver the national strategy for current and future products as part of the regional market access plan.
- Pricing and reimbursement dossier production and implementation.
- Driving business objectives within the organization with strategic market access and pricing activities to find the right price that will maximize value/ access to patients and to the company.
- Act as a scientific and medical expert with demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic area.
- P&L responsibility.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you MUST possess a Life Science Degree with Oncology therapeutic area experience.
In-depth market knowledge of the UAE and Gulf markets (in particular KSA) is essential with 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
Continued demonstrated experience of delivering successful market access activities (on-time & in-budget).
First rate communication and influence skills are essential.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
