Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for growth, profitability and strategy by implementing GGC marketing & advertising plan with cost effective & timely manner and focus on the company Key Results Area KRAs.

People
- Communicate and cultivate training and career development of your employees.
- Keep information confidential.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
- Manage & update GGC website contents
- Understand restaurants work procedures and identify methods for increasing foot traffic
- Select and manage external agencies.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Consult to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.

Sales
- Create a Strategic plan in order to exceed company objectives.
- Write and negotiate sales & marketing contracts according to corporate procedures.
- Evaluate sales & marketing campaigns (product and brand driven).
- Prepare the yearly Marketing campaigns budget
- Develop promotions plans as required
- Organize and manage GGC events
- Ensure that GGC news are announced through different medias
- Build a strong relations & distribute gifts to VIPs i.e. Malls Managers , news papers/ magazines editors
- Review the marketing and promotional material before finalization & ensure that it matches with GGC standards
- Coordinate and manage Marketing research projects including design , data collection , data analysis and reporting;
- Establish research methodology and design format / tools for data collection as customers feed back, surveys , opinion polls or questionnaires;
- Contribute to the Strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
- Develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship and alliances to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.
- Monitor competitor activity either by self or by third party.
- Deliver and attend events programs, ensuring brand presence.
- Create or maintaining and/or updating mailing database.
- Integrate PR / advert / promo to maximize cash spends.
- Outline crisis management procedures for PR

Profit
- Active support in order to exceed company objectives.
- Participate in the budget process.
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention programs
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

Others
- Perform any other duties as delegated by the CEO
- Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the marketing department

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in marketing management
- Computer literate
- Excellent Arabic & English language
- Excellent communications skills
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar role and industry
