Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is starting a new Tea Trading Venue in Dubai and looking for a Marketing Manager to establish the brand in the UAE market.

- Develop new brands by managing the complete brand development process with a branding agency
- Identify consumer and HORECA strategic opportunities, by region for a sustainable Branded range. Initial focus on Middle East.
- Develop products and range for different regional consumers and HORECA.
- Lead multiple projects from design to launch.
- Achieve marketing objectives as defined by the business.
- Key point of contact for communications with trade & press.
- Analysis of market trends, competitors and data to support the business, with recommended initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing/ Brand / Business development managers as required.
- As a senior executive of the Company to participate in developing the Strategic business plans, and ensuring the resources are available for implementation.
- Source, develop and implement marketing material as appropriate for Regions.
- As an ambassadorial role representing the Company, uphold the vision and highest ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or college is usually required; however, a combination of related Marketing training and considerable experience may be considered an equivalent. Marketing certification would be ideal to have also.
- A certified professional marketing designation or equivalent is usually required. The company requires that the individual will already have the required skills, knowledge, work-related experience, and/or training.

- Experience with five star / luxury hotels and FMCG /Beverage brands
- Has successfully launched FMCG / Beverage brands in the ME
- Clear communicator, both written and oral English

- Excellent planning and management skills, (work planning and resources).
