As a result of continuous growth and development, we have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team of marketing professionals. Supporting the Director of Marketing, the successful applicant will manage and oversee CRM marketing, coordinate campaign delivery as well as create, execute and deliver on various specialized marketing projects.
Innovation and creativity is key within this position - where your ideas and ability to see things from a different perspective will be highly regarded. You will be managing the analytics of CRM initiatives and programs, determining the impact on ROI whilst driving database growth, supporting continuous innovation through research and execution on project deliverables and developing a strong email marketing strategy in order to drive current and future business.
The following duties and responsibilities will also be undertaken in this role;
- Vendor management, forecasting and expense tracking for the department
- Manage experimental test designs for CRM initiatives and programs
- Development of data standardization and data quality
- Database management of all contacts
- Directly manage email marketing - pre arrival and post stay email communication, onsite guest communication etc
- Network and leverage off both internal and external resources
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree required within the field of Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business and marketing analysis, direct marketing or CRM - preferably within the hospitality industry
- E-commerce experience with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tactics, contact strategy and campaign optimization
- End to end experience of managing CRM programs - from briefing, copywriting design, to segmentation and testing
- Ability to work effectively with a number of software applications
