UAE Marketing Manager - Leading European HVAC Manufacturer.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing and communication aspects. He/She should develop and implement a marketing strategy including the transformation of the Middle Easts operation from a traditional marketing approach to inbound marketing.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of Middle East.

The company is present in almost all industrial nations across the globe with representative offices or its own companies, and is regarded as an industry trendsetter.

The Marketing Manager will be required to carry out the following responsibilities as part of the role. This list is not exhaustive and may be amended by the Managing Director as required.

- Developing the annual marketing strategy and be responsible for the marketing budget
- Transform the company from a traditional marketing approach to an inbound marketing
- Manage PR and media agencies
- Take responsibility of the online presence and build it further to a strong social media platform
- Plan and execute brand marketing programs, events, exhibitions and conferences
- Responsible for the project management and execution of marketing activities including advertising, direct marketing, collateral, promotions, technical documents and other marketing programs, while assisting with sector magazines, events and public relations.
- Ensures that all locally-developed creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines
- Assists with writing and editing of promotional literature, sector magazines, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects
- Works effectively as part of a Headquarter (Germany)Marketing and Communications team to coordinate, and integrate Marketing and Communications, and apply best-inclass practices to all efforts
- Analyzes Marketing and competitive data and consolidates findings to support local and national Marketing strategy development
- Provides feedback and best practices to the Management Team on a consistent basis
- Performs Market Research and Market Intelligence Reports to the management team
- Coordinates content with technical dept., sales and HQs for stock of catalogs, data sheets, brochures, documentation, customer gifts
- Support the organization of factory visits in Europe for customers
- Liaise with HQs marketing team for newsletters, success stories, market updates, promotional material, advertisement distribution, company magazines, etc.

Requirements

- A university marketing degree or at least 3 years professional experience with inbound marketing and marketing strategies
- Good level of written and verbal English and Arabic language, additional German language will be an asset
- Preferred but not essential: marketing experience in the Architecture - Interior Designer - Hotel Industry
- Understanding of basic CRM applications
- Well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Ability to think out of the box
- Team player, ability for being multitasking
- Eager for learning new developments and technologies
- Able to travel to Europe and within Middle East
