MENA College of Management is a new institute of higher education located in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC). The College is licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in all its academic programs are accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation. The College invites qualified applicants to apply for the position of Marketing & Recruitment officer.

The Marketing & Recruitment officer will responsible for marketing college business and developing its brand name, and for recruiting new student and communicating admission requirements to potential students. Marketing & Recruitment officer will be responsible for developing the marketing and recruitment strategy, and will be working with faculty and staff to conduct recruitment outreach, and implement recruitment and admission programs designed to increase undergraduate student enrollment.

Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct recruitment and outreach activities including school visits, presentations, corporation, agency, and government visits.
- Represents MENA College at educational exhibitions, and other recruitment activities and programs.
- Ongoing strategic communication with prospective students and applicants, including telephone outreach, online chats, email and paper correspondence, interviews, etc.
- Work with applicants throughout admission process to ensure completion of applications, and advise them regarding options at MENA College.
- Participate in planning and implementing campus visit programs, including individual meetings and interviews, group presentations, and recruitment and admission events.
- Provide information and feedback regarding current market opportunities, in order to inform strategy for recruitment and admission initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with constituents and influencers including parents, school counselors and professors, corporate contacts, government officials, alumni.
- Administer the development of advertising and digital communications to promote MENA College and effectively communicate the competitive differentiators.
- Provide the College management with reports, details, and accomplishments periodically and when needed.


Skills
Job Requirements:

- Experience in marketing and field visits (including educational fares, schools visits, organizing events etc.)
- Experience in higher education and student admission procedures
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated success in relationship building
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations

Preferred
- Fluency in Arabic language preferred
- Bachelor degree (Master degree a plus) in marketing from well-known institution
- A proven past performance of initiatives self-started, and creative deeds
