Boeing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support its growing requirements in the India, Middle East & Africa region. You will be a key member of the Global Staffing team, supporting the recruitment processes for the MEA region in accordance with Boeings hiring guidelines and policies. In this role, you will interact with Business Heads/Hiring Managers, potential candidates/applicants and other professionals.

You will be working as part of the IMEA recruitment team, focusing on regional hiring activities, and reviewing global talent pools, you will be an experienced recruitment professional and will ensure our recruitment process is followed.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Recognize inconsistencies in recruitment processes and report for follow-up activities.
- Maintain contact with potential candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidate interested in future Boeing opportunities.
- Encourage identified potential candidates to apply to job openings.
- Prepare preliminary analysis of diversity and college recruitment plan data against goals and objects to be used in the development of recommendations for revising recruitment plans.
- Review job opening requests for appropriate content and completeness and submits to recruiting systems for job seekers and vendor visibility.
- Perform applicant down select utilizing key word searches in order to provide minimally qualified candidates for management review.
- Request government conflict of interest review as required for applicants selected for interview.
- Prepare and extends routine offers to selected candidates seeks advice from more experienced staff as required.
- Assist with orientation process by following instructions from more experienced staff to provide company information to new and rehire employees.
- Document the current recruitment business processes as provided by process owner or more experience personnel for recruitment and customer information.
- Generate metric reports and consolidate data for recruitment and customer review following recruitment instructions and processes.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in the IMEA region working for both domestic and multinational organizations.
- Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.
- Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives.
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives typically have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
- Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment activities.
