MIS Assistant - Al Futtaim Auto Centres - Dubai, UAE

- Perform timely bulk order studies with supplier on a regular basis
- Assisting in achievement of monthly and quarterly supplier target
- Monitor and control stock ageing of non-franchise brands
- Monitor the stock movement of non-franchise brands in the network
- Maintain OE data list and update regularly
- Manage the decline of non dist vendors
- Track local purchase details from suppliers
- Prepare feasibility study to suggest recommend stock level in the network
- Assist in readily availability of fast moving stock in the network
- Co-ordinate with suppliers in scheduling and delivery of stock to warehouse
- Prepare sales data and update on a monthly basis
- Assist in demonstrating best procurement practices and supply chain activities
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the business by utilizing, enhancing and maintaining existing management information systems (MIS).
- Develop, Generate and distribute standard, periodic and ad hoc reports in accurate and timely manner as agreed with users by performing data analysis for generating reports as required
- Analyze business process and information flow for data capture, process automation, measurements and analysis to support the business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develops MIS documentation.

Requirements

- Must have 3 - 4 years of experience in the automotive aftersales industry
- Must have previous experience in MIS and reporting function
- Must have hands on experience using SAP
- Must have the ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
- Must have the ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to maintain strong administration skills
- Must have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
