As the Office Manager / Marketing Executive, you will need to provide a strong support system for the team as well as become the cultural ambassador and "go to" person internally. You will be responsible for the running of the office environment and championing the systems and procedures set up.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand and grow their role as their experience and the business develops.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration
- Answer phones, check voice-mail messages, action where necessary.
- Preparation of boardroom for meetings.
- Maintain office appearance to a high/professional standard including liaison with cleaners and other general repair and maintenance.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Organise company and client entertainment as required
- Maintain both paper and digital files.
- Provide HR support with new starters including supplying new starter forms and request logins.
- Visa and Medical forms support
- Maintain fixed asset register for the office.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery, order where necessary to budget.
- Make company travel arrangements as required by the business within budget.
- Administration and other duties as required by all staff.

Sales Coordination
- Preparation of pre-sales documents, including presentations, proposals and meeting confirmation emails.
- Research as required
- Customer satisfaction surveys and relationship management.
- Actively network and be across the latest trends in the industry.
- Attend presentations and present where appropriate.
- Work with the Commercial team to maintain our CRM records for clients and prospects.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for client solutions.

Marketing
- Maintain client database within CRM system.
- Assist with industry award submissions and case studies.
- Maintain local social media activity across LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo, Wikipedia, and Facebook
- Assist current customer value add activity – supporting client events
- Targeted communication/newsletter campaign set up, execution and management - month

Requirements

- Completed a degree in business, marketing and/or communications.
- Demonstrable experience of working and supporting different teams
- An understanding of personal technology including mobile and tablets, web sites and applications.
- An interest and appreciation in the evolving new technology space
