Job description / Role
Our client are a multinational financial advisory entity who are looking a talented individual to come on-board to work on a complex, hybrid position reporting directly into the MD.
The role will amalgamate a senior Office Management role with a fiduciary advisory position.
Key duties will include:
Client work
- Manage the day to day responsibilities of a number of client relationships
Provide support for client relationships managed directly by Dubai and London, such as:
- Preparing work plans to execute and implement client projects
- Conducting research and performing analysis of clients’ private wealth arrangements
- Drafting client reports based on their research and analysis
- Assisting with the provision of advice on how to set up, and to oversee the administration of, private client wealth structures including Private Trust Companies
- Interacting with our clients’ other professional advisers in order to obtain information and advice for our clients, and to deliver instructions on their behalf
- Maintaining properly organised and scheduled hard and soft copy client files
Practice management
- Assist the Managing Director with the management of the Dubai office
- Contribute towards strategic plans

Requirements
The successful candidate will be one who is able to split themselves into a dual-faceted role, the ability to prioritise and multi-task is key.
Ideal Requirements:
- Professional qualification and / or experience of working on client matters at a professional services firm such as a law firm, accountancy firm or fiduciary services company
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong organisational skills – maintaining “task lists” for client management and work, and progressing items yourself and through delegation to others
- Comfortable liaising with clients directly, which may be outside of working hours on the odd occasion
