Job description / Role
We are seeking for a bilingual (Russian/English) Office Manager/Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing documents / Governmental department’s form received from various department for company approval enabling support for business execution.
- Assisting & cooperating with other departments of the company for day to day functions
- General administration
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Diary Management
- Booking meetings
- Taking minutes in meetings
- translate documents (if required) from English into Russian/ Russian into English.
- This is a demanding position that will require you to be flexible, occasionally working outside office hours.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Good presentation
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
