Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Senior Manager. You will be reporting directly to the CEO

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the full operation dept, team and resources to ensure the quality process is followed 100% offering our clients a superb experience from logistics and operation perspective.
- Support the CEO to provide high standard delivery of operational services managing a team in 2 countries including the existing dept head and his team.
- Review the process software daily to ensure all projects are added on time and all resources are assigned efficiently especially during the high season when the work pressure is high.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while liaising with other departments and with the clients to deliver superb customer service and exceed clients expectations operationally
- Supervise the coordination with clients for all training delivery schedules, arrangements etc.
- Supervise the logistical requirements to facilitate day-to-day delivery of services.
- Supervise the preparation of each trainers individual coursework packs along with coordinating the return of completed course paperwork & training reports from all trainers.
- Supervise and manage all certification processes such as ILM and PMI
- Manage and assess the performance of the full operation team
- Identifying root cause of issues reported under HNI Operations purview including Admin & infrastructure and suggest process improvement
- Identifying & implementing measures to improve Quality of Operations work
- Identifying & implementing the development of team, cross training of the team & training the team on Customer Services requirements (how to deal with clients / trainers / colleagues)
- Solving problems brought forward by team & guiding team on developing the required skills
- Plan part time resources before each high season properly to ensure smooth operation. supervise the production and delivery of all standard post training reports to clients. other projects assigned by the CEO

Requirements

- Assertive and able to manage an existing team
- Superb Organizational skills with attention to details
- Able to get things done on time under pressure without comprising on quality or skipping any main process steps
- Customer service orientation
- Influence and negotiation
- Problem solving and decision making
- Effective communication especially on the phone and with difficult people (trainers and clients)
- Candidate must have a technical background in learning and development especially course design, assessment tools and follow up methods
- Candidate has to be a proactive self-starter with top-notch project management and skills and attention to details
- Presentable with ability to do Consultative selling and solve problems diplomatically with all stakeholders is a must to trigger recurrent business
- Speaks, read and write English fluently. Arabic is a great advantage
- Willing to travel around the UAE and possibly around the GCC when required. can start and finish at early/late hours when opening or closing a training event may need to use own car regularly to travel within and to other emirates when company's cars are booked

Working days: 6 days a week (Sat is a work from home only during the high season if required)
