On behalf of our Client, a 3 years fast growing Car Rental company in Dubai is looking to hire a very well experienced operations manager reporting to the owner.
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Managing the corporate and individual clients
- Meeting clients with corporate sales person
- Purchasing, Budgeting, accounting
- Assign employees to specific duties
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Responding to Customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Directly and supervise employees engage in sales, reconciling cash
- Receipts or Performing service to customers.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales issues
- Confer with company official to develop method and procedure to increase sales.
Requirements

- Traffic Fine monitoring
- SALIK Checking
- Vehicle service monitoring
- Direct reporting to General Manager
- Dealing with customers problems
- Arranging company cars to be exported
- Selling company used cars to the other company
