Order Fulfillment Specialist - eCommerce - Al Futtaim Retail Divisional Office - Dubai, U.A.E.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic B to C Order Fulfillment expert to join Al Futtaim at an exciting time in its ambitious eCommerce rollout plan.

On this role you will be responsible for order fulifillment management in the E-commerce Operations function, you will play a key role in providing a seamless multi-channel experience for customers working in partnership with the other E-commerce teams, Retail Operations, Logistics, Contact Centre, IT and Finance amongst others to ensure the very best service experience is offered to our customers.

Requirements

o be successful in this role you will need to have minimum 4+ years experience of working in E-commerce order fulfillment and/or supply chain operations within a similar business to consumer multi-channel operation (retail/luxury/consumer goods). Highly operational, with an understanding of supply chain operations and order fulfillment processes and an ability to manage and resolve customer needs. Strong analytical and numerical skills someone who quickly grasps the key drivers of the various retail sectors (e.g. Fast fashion, DIY, Electricals, Furniture, Toys).
