Orthopaedic Consultants x 2

We are currently searching for Orthopaedic Consultants (x2) for a fully equipped and modern medical centre in Dubai. Along with a highly qualified team, this medical facility boasts of three specialization units - a Spine and Joint Unit, a Dermatology/Anti-Aging Unit and a Med-Spa Unit.
The Orthopaedic Consultant will join the existing, highly skilled team within the Spine and Joint Unit to provide a comprehensive elective and emergency Orthopaedic Surgery service (Day Surgery).
Role and Responsibilities:
* To share in the collective responsibility for the provision of the services for patients within the Spine and Joint Unit.
* To contribute to the development of excellence in Clinical practice.
* To assist in the development and further expansion of the Orthopaedic services.
* The post-holder will be encouraged to develop his/her sub-specialty interests in co-operation with the existing Consultants so as to improve the range and quality of services provided.
Requirements
* Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon (US/Canada/Germany/Europe).
* At least 3 years post qualification experience in the treatment of spine and joints conditions, knee injections, arthroscopy and join replacements.
* Expert on a range of emergency and elective surgery within specialty.
* Desirable - Experience in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cells a plus.
* Specialist interest in related field.
* Ability to take full independent responsibility for clinical care of patients.
