A professional services company based in the heart of Dubai is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join its team of Business Support personnel. As an ambassador for the organisation, the role is key to the business and requires a true professional to represent the company in the best possible manner.

The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including operating a busy reception desk; front of house duties; meeting and greeting visitors; assisting with some facilities management and general administration as and when required.
Requirements
You must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards. Proactivity, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image. Our client would prefer an individual on their husbands sponsorship but can provide a visa if necessary. There will be the requirement to work full time on occasion for which you will compensated.
