Our Client is one of the Middle Easts top Media companies here in Dubai and they currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Personal Assistant for their Corporate Affairs team, located in beautiful offices in Media City.

Our client is looking for a very mature western lady (38-60) who will be happy to work independently but also support the team.

- Dedicated administrative support to include PO preparation, filing, arranging staff business travel, Provide a PA function to the management team to include complex diary management and travel arrangements, payment of bills, vehicle management, payment of staff, petty cash, comprehensive administrative support and record keeping.
- Receiving calls and visitors for corporate affairs and dealing with queries where possible.
- Management of seat allocations for new staff, freelancers and interns.
- Support corporate affairs with any centralised processes in need of development or support throughout the company. ? Content management and updating of corporate website and relevant areas of CRM intranet system.
- Charity advertisement recording and monitoring.
- Monitoring, management and purchasing of office stationery.
- Planning and initiation of office refurbishment within the office.
- Assist with office and grounds inspections to maintain good condition of building.
- Undertake company supplier review and monitoring to ensure best value, best quality and sustainable purchasing values are met.
- Attend events regularly to look after VIP guests and undertake tasks as assigned by the events team.
- Periodically visit other offices within the Gulf region including Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Doha.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a PA role is essential
- Previous administration experience
- A professional appearance and approach
- A high school diploma
- The confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels from across the business and VIPs
- Excellent English language skills - both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity and a commitment to excellence
- Strong computer skills
- Must be 38 - 60
