Private EA to Entrepreneur

Job description / Role

This is a one off opportunity for a crème de la crème and highly resilient Executive Assistant to support a busy, inspiring but demanding Entrepreneur.

Based in corporate offices within Dubai, this role is predominantly 90 percent private support to this busy gentleman ensuring that his private business is seamless and organized. A true gatekeeper, you will be responsible for managing a complex diary, extensive travel arrangements and itineries, dealing with household accounts, family liaison and assisting with all other ad hoc private EA duties that arise. You will liaise daily with his corporate EA on a daily basis as well as bankers, lawyers, accountants and financial advisors therefore a numeric mind is a must.

Requirements

Our client is looking for an individual who will act as his ambassador and represent him in the best possible manner at all times, always being one step ahead. Natural confidence, efficiency and detail orientation is key for this position as is the ability to work independently and professionally at all times.

This is a truly meaty role and a real challenge that will propel you to the top of the support ladder.
