Procurement Engineer - AFGRE - Dubai

You will be in a role to support the Senior Procurement Manager in the area of cost management, price evaluation, souring, and procurement within the approved financial limits and terms and condition.

As the Quantity Surveyor - Procurement, you will be responsible for providing pre and post contract quantity surveying services for the portfolio/projects as well as cost estimated, quantum analysis of claims and variation submissions. You also must be able to understand design management concepts and provide both technical and commercial advice. You will also need to assist in pre-qualification of contractors and consultants as well as prepare and negotiate requests for proposal with them.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have experience in both Quantity Surveying or a procurement preferably within the Real Estate development or construction sector.

He/She will would ideally have some knowledge o proprietary measurement software but it is not a must. The successful candidate should be happy to work in a team environment with an eye for detail.
