Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Prime Hospitality presents International Casual Dining restaurants and cafes to customers in the UAE.
Currently looking for an F&B Procurement & Logistics Manager (Casual Dining) to join our team in Dubai.

• Negotiate and Procure F&B materials for Casual Dining Restaurants in organized and timely manner.

• Identify and Communicates with Local & International F&B vendors/Suppliers to obtain product/materials information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule, product details, manufacturing country, expiry conditions.

Secure information from all outlets/restaurants and prepare 3-6 months projections to organize needs and ensure timely deliveries/stocks.

Ensure all F&B products are tested by the concerned.

• Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.

Maintain accurate computerized procurement records, such as items purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories and stock levels

• Able to coordinate shipping procedure, clearing of goods shipped from outside the UAE including all documentation procedures for such shipments.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:
• At least 8 – 10 years of F&B procurement Experience in UAE/GCC
• Excellent Negotiation skills both Spoken & written.
• Good Understanding of Excel, Quotation/Financial Analysis & Reasoning Skills.
• Good F&B Knowledge of Vendors, Suppliers, F&B materials, products, etc.
With Valid UAE driving License
