An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a production manager for a multi national company based in Port Saeed.
Reporting to the plant manager you will be responsible for:
- Production management
- Managing the supervisors
- Implementing process
- Managing health and safety
- Quality management
- One to ones
- Improving service and production
- Management reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Production management in a multinational FMCG.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Egypt national
- Solid management skills
- Production management with a fast paced experience required
- Excellent management reporting skills
- Experience of leading from the front
