Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 AED

Our client is a leading Developer who has undertaking many of the most prestigious residential / mixed developments

The company is a major player across the Middle East development market and has a reputation which is second to none within the industry.

Projects include many high profile Central Landmarks schemes and the company is now planning to strengthen the existing team

High Rise Luxury Development Mixed Use

The project:

A mixed development of high end residential apartments, a hotel and associated retail / commercial facilities.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has the experience of working on large mix use schemes / towers and has assisted in the delivering projects to a high standard.

You shall have a residential background and have been a Project Manager; working on large projects but you can come from a Commercial, Technical or Construction background.

The ideal person would have a profile with a developer delivering major schemes but would also consider those that have worked in a Project Manager role with a major contractor who have delivered landmark residential schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Developer with a substantial workload and portfolio of projects to deliver.

Requirements

- Retail, mixed use, high end residential project experience
- Degree qualified or from a significant trades background
- Minimum 10 year’s experience in Development or Main Contractors
- 4 to 5 years minimum experience in GCC
- Fluent in English (Speaking & writing)
