Job description / Role
Search for prospective locations, perform weekly fieldwork and make recommendations to the Country Manager regarding the most appropriate choice for markets and malls.
Identify all current and future Real Estate requirements to ensure that
the company and country's expansion plans are achieved.
Identify and propose brands that suitably blend within the new prospective
mall, and ensure that their placing within a new project is in prime locations in order to maximize customers attractiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in Retail Leasing field or a Survey or role with minimum 2 years of experience in local market.
Expert and professional knowledge of all existing and future retail Real Estate locations and projects in Local market.
Good knowledge of country's demographics.
Fluency in English
