Reception / Administration Assistant

Job description / Role

- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for the team, greeting and directing visitors, offering clients and guest's a drink if they have a meeting.
- Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office and for the team.
- Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate, and prepares internal documents for management, as required and closely supervised.
- Assists with development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organisation of the office.
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the office, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management (sports kit), logistics, and related activities closely supervised.
- Ensuring the office meeting room is tidy before and after every meeting.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Reporting to: Client Relations Manager and Business Development Manager
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: 14th June 2015
Probation: 6 Months

Working Hours: Sunday- Thursday 10am-7.30pm occasional Saturdays 1-2 hours
Gross monthly base salary: AED 6,000

Other Benefits:
