Receptionist/Office Manager - Three Months Contract

Job description / Role

A professional services company based in the heart of Dubai is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join its team of Business Support personnel on a temporary basis. As an ambassador for the organisation, the role is key to the business and requires a true professional to represent the company in the best possible manner.

The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including operating a busy reception desk; front of house duties; meeting and greeting visitors; assisting with facilities management and general administration as and when required.

Requirements

In addition, you must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards. Proactivity, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image.
