Recruitment Consultant - Technical
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Location: Dubai

Kershaw Leonard, one of Dubai's most prestigious recruitment consultancies, established in 1999, are one of the oldest recruitment agencies in Dubai with an enviable reputation for professionalism, integrity and high quality recruitment.

Due to their rapid growth, they are in need of an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to take over and further develop a hot desk.

Typically, a Kershaw Leonard Recruitment Consultant is of course very focused on the numbers – hitting their revenue targets and achieving their KPI’s – but they also offer a standard of client and candidate care that is just not found in other agencies.
All of their shortlisted candidates must have been personally interviewed and profiled using competency interviewing techniques; all of their clients must be personally visited on a regular basis in order to ensure a deep rapport and understanding of their needs. Requirements

• Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience with an Agency in the UAE
• Experience in oil and gas, engineering, construction or manufacturing is essential
• Candidates currently in the UAE or GCC are preferred.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English
