Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Recruitment Manager will manage all regional recruitment and recruitment projects. They will provide weekly recruitment report to the HR Director. In addition to manpower planning and developing recruitment strategies, the manager is required to be actively involved in hands on recruitment and to administer all related documentation.

Reporting to our HR Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Takes full ownership for regional recruitment department and process
- Takes responsibility and manages the entire recruitment project process
- Provides weekly reports to the HR Director on recruitment progress and challenges
- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
- Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others
- In conjunction with the HR Director, develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Negotiates and prepares employment terms and conditions
- Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
- Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with the relevant hiring managers.
- Writes and places job advertising in various media
- Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings
- Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
- Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
- Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
- Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants
- Coordinates communications with applicants
- Files and maintains employment records for future references
- Maintain Company EHS standards
- Ensure that relevant departments are informed of new starters in a timely manner and that all required equipment and material is available to the new employee upon joining.
- Ensures that the on-boarding process is developed and implemented, ensuring new employees are properly inducted into the company.

Requirements

- The successful candidate will have gained experience of blue and white collar recruitment within the GCC.
- Will be able to travel to remote locations on recruitment drives as required.
- Will be comfortable dealing with all candidate profiles from semi-skilled to senior professionals.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be familiar with Recruitment related KPIs and reporting.
- Must be open to expanding their HR Generalist knowledge with an aim to assisting in HR Projects.
