Recruitment Manager - Accountancy & Finance - Must have UAE experience.
We are looking for an expert Senior A&F Recruiter to maintain and develop our existing senior finance desk, as well as manage a team of experienced A&F Recruiters in our Dubai office. Requirements
You will be responsible for recruiting for the professional services industry, recruiting roles from Financial Controllers level up to CFOs. You will also be responsible for development and on-going management of A&F Recruiters on your team. The key challenges of the role will be business development, networking and keeping your team focused & motivated.
In order to be successful you will need to have a minimum of 5 years A&F recruitment experience and a minimum of 2 years Management experience within the UAE. Therefore if you have a degree, previous A&F recruitment experience with in the UAE and have managed a recruitment team previously, please apply now.
