Regional Head of Human Resources

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading, luxury, automotive businesses in the region, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join them as their Head of Human Resources.

The role of Head of Human Resources claims many responsibilities including,
- Implement human resource strategies by establishing department accountabilities
- Guide the human resource operations and implement change
- Develop organisational strategies by identifying human resource issues, managing these and also establishing human resource objectives in line with the business plan
- Guide and manage employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating policies, procedures and guidelines
- Develop and monitor budgets and design and implement plans to improve cost effectiveness

Requirements

- Educated to a higher level of education, BSc or the equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience working with a leading HR department in a multi-national business
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Arabic not essential
- Experience and ability to develop and manage a team
- Setting key performance measures for the team for monitoring the performance of the HR function and the overall business
- A positive, driven and energetic approach to work with a can do attitude and a good track record of leading a HR function
