Job description / Role
* Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies
* Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
* Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
* Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift
* Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback
Requirements
* Ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience working in F&B outlets
* Ideal candidate has GCC or UAE experience
* English language is essential
* Arabic language is a big advantage
* Candidate needs to have great communication skills
* Candidate needs to know how to deal with complains
* Great problem solving skills
