Employment: Full Time

We are a small sized American Software Company with big plans for the Middle East and are recruiting for direct sales positions in the UAE. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, welcome challenges, thrive in stressful and high pace conditions and view targets as simply the starting point and not the end goal. This position is not for the light hearted!

So if you are looking for a role that offers great growth prospects and high compensation based on performance, then this is the job for you!

It will be your responsibility to:
- Generate Leads
- Fix Appointments
- Make Presentations
- Follow up with clients
- Close deals
- Train clients on the software
- Provide after sales service
- Maintain databases
- Meet sales budgets

Requirements

More than high academic qualifications or industry experience, we are looking for someone with the ‘IT’ factor! We will provide you the training and make sure you know the business inside out.

So while not mandatory, it would be an advantage if you:
- Have a proven sales track record in any industry and software in particular
- Have an existing database and network of clients in the UAE

What is mandatory is a valid UAE driver's license and excellent written and oral English skills!
