Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role
- Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the Branch Manager and Senior Management and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
- Identifies the training and development requirements for self, team and agrees on them with the Branch Manager and Senior Management to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended
- Insure that all employees meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Sets examples for the branch in areas of personal and professional character, commitment, organizational and selling skills.
- Conducts regular coaching and counselling to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Requirements

- Diploma related to the profession.
- Any certificates related to the profession
- 2 - 5 years into sales
- Prior experience in UAE is must
- Automobile sales experiences will be added advantages
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
