Sales Manager

Job description / Role

- Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives
- Generate sales of company products
- Conducts regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales
- Generates and provides distributors and customers with information about new products and services in order to improve sales.
- Develops and maintains an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Coordinate and follows up with the warehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained in order to meet the sales delivery schedules.
- Liaises with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales

Requirements

- At least 5 years of sales experience including demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the FMCG or F & B industry
- University degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management
- Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes
- Fluent in English
- Strong selling skills
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic(optional)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Commitment to achieving the sales targets
- Creative
- Good managerial skills
