Sales Manager - Leisure GCC - German Speaker

Our client is Dubai-based international luxury hotel chain.

The Role
* To deliver assigned KPI targets (weekly, monthly, yearly).
* To act as the single point of contact within the SBU for each assigned account
* To make recommendations to the Senior Sales Manager or ADOS on necessary sales plans or strategy revision to increase production from own accounts / industry segment
* To monitor and send feedback to Senior Sales Manager or ADOS competitors’ activities in the market and respond to them appropriately
* To communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with Global/Regional Sales Offices, SBU-based sales team to effectively implement the corporate sales strategy
* To communicate effectively to Global/Regional Sales Offices on all issues relevant to own accounts in order to maximize market penetration / exposure
* To be fully up to date with actual / forecast / budgeted volumes, revenues and occupancies of the hotel
* To maintain comprehensive awareness of the hotel’s needs (including promotions, offers, USPs, IVTs), corporate market trends, account market share and customer needs
* To continuously research and prospect for attractive new business within the assigned industry segment/s in order to meet growth targets
* To take full ownership of own performance. Initiate, implement and update ADPs for assigned customers (and the customers of your direct reports, if any) in line with the departmental guidelines

Requirements

* Must have solid overall sales background in the five star luxury hotel industry including a good understanding of all key segments
* Must have a minimum of 2 years in a sales role
* Should have good communication skills
* Must be commercially focused (targets and results)
* Must be result driven and action oriented
