Senior Executive - Marketing and Communications/ Graphic Designer (UAE National)

Job Purpose: To work closely with the Director of Communication and Marketing on executing the marketing plans, initiatives and PR activities including safeguarding the brand proposition to meet the department objectives in line with the overall marketing strategy.

Principal Accountabilities /Key Results Area
- Work proactively with the Director of Communication and Marketing on executing all marketing activities in line with the approved plans, policies, and procedures to ensure timely execution of activities aligned to organization's strategic marketing objectives.
- Work with the Director of Communication and Marketing on managing all pre- work in association with event management company and in line with the organization's guidelines to ensure that all collaterals meet corporate standards.
- Support the Director of Communication and Marketing in the planning and execution marketing strategies and tactics designed to create and maintain favourable public image for the organization
- Work closely with PR agencies on day to day processes and deliverables and provide active support in the execution of PR programmes in line with the department objectives so as to ensure that PR plan is delivered within specified time, cost and quality dimensions.
- Actively contribute to the development of communication plans, briefs for events, draft of contents for press releases, speeches, press interviews, press conferences for the organization and its sub-brands while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in order to assist the department in delivering
- Assist in the conduct of media relations activities/ execution of media campaigns through focusing on the right brand image and the organization's performance to enhance and protect the organization brand image.
- Provide inputs to development of the communication plan and campaign briefs for annual events as per approved plans to ensure timely dissemination of communication.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing initiatives to provide management with reliable information for review and decision making.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and trade fairs to promote cluster objectives and to create maximum awareness and exposure for the organization growth.
- Create and provide design ideas and presentation of print, web, advertisement, brochure or other promotional materials in a way that attracts more interest and attention and to enhance departmental effort whilst generating leads and ensuring all guidelines are maintained in line with the brand image of the organization.
- Provide creative ideas such as graphic design, website design, and exhibition stand designs, innovative presentations and multimedia solutions during the concept stage of development of all collateral, advertising, promotional materials to enhance the (visual) brand of the organization.
- Meet clients, receive client briefs, evaluate the ideas and designs and understand business requirements in order to provide clients with best solutions approved by the Director to meet business requirements.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree plus 3 years of related experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

High level of computer literacy

Graphic design skills
