Employment: Full Time

G4S is currently looking for a Senior HR Coordinator based in the UAE. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all indirect staff on matters of HR policy procedures and process, employee life cycle after on-boarding up to completion of exit process.

Responsibilities includes (but not limited) to the following:
• Lead and manage 2 direct reports – HR Reporting Analyst and HR Benefits Administrator;
• Act as first escalation point for HR Coordinators on resolution of technical and procedural matters;
• Maintain accuracy of HR information systems (ERP Ramco, My Career) and support users with technical requirements and use of these systems; ensure HR Coordinators are educated and coached on correct usage of ERP Ramco functions;
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports as required by HR Director and HR Manager;
• Support payroll and finance team through reconciliation of monthly payroll for direct and indirect staff;
• Support HR Manager Operations as required during audits (internal and external).

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any related field from a reputable institution
• 5+ years in an operational or administrative HR role with supervisory experience;
• Experienced and proficient with a HR Information system (ideally ERP Ramco however another system is acceptable);
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word, and Google suite;
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration requirements;
• Working knowledge of HR benefits such as medical insurance and flights;
• Good English communication skills – reading, writing and speaking;
• Knowledge of the framework of HR policies and procedures;
• Demonstrates qualities of integrity, confidentiality, customer service and professionalism
