Job description / Role
Our client is a respected Conglomerate in the region and has ventured into Healthcare Services over the last few years; a venture that's growing at a rapid pace. As part of their growth plans in the region, they seek to recruit an experienced Business Development professional to expand their presence across the GCC
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager's main focus is to proactively lead in identifying and promoting new business opportunities in the healthcare retail sphere (ranging from but not limited to Retail Clinics & Pharmacies, Daycare Surgery Centers, other healthcare assets) to support management in their strategic business development plans. Manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities in line with business objectives set for the next 5 years.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Health or Science discipline with a Masters/MBA being preferable
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with an excellent understanding of the UAE landscape and preferably GCC Healthcare market
- Business development exposure with leading Medical Centers in the region would be ideal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Arabic is preferred
