Senior Manager Ecommerce Merchandising - Electronics

Job description / Role

Salary is up to 25,000 AED PM.

Our client is a Multi-National group of company who are into retail sector and are in the business for more than 40 years now. As per the requirement which is due to expansion of their business, they are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager Ecommerce Merchandising to focus mainly on online sales and ensure that profits targets are met. You are sales-driven and know how to make money while driving the top line. The ideal candidate should be a strong merchant and have a passion for Merchandising.

Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, you will develop and implement processes required to execute an Omni-Channel Merchandising strategy, assortment development, content execution, Marketing execution, replenishment and product exit plans in conjunction with the Web Team within the time given by minimizing risk to the company will be his overall objective.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experienced in Marketing or executing Marketing programs and have strengths in Planning and Project Management
- Develop efficient customer-focused product assortments.
- You will ensure the assortment levels are efficient and maximize the sales potential for the total business
- Manage the in-stock of online items as per targets
- Guarantee that offline and online Marketing are align to create one voice to the customer
- Ensure there is consistent and timely communication between the Concept and the Web Team and follow up with and oversee that the Concept teams deliverables are executed in a timely manner
- Facilitate the sharing of performance data between Concept and the Web Team

Requirements

- Must have at least 10 years of Buying experience in the Consumer Electronics industry with a minimum of 5 years E-commerce experience and 3-5 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Must have knowledge in Omni-Channel retailing
- Fluency in English
