Job description / Role
Our client is an MEP contractor and they have an urgent need for a highly experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale project in Dubai, UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career in the Middle East.
Requirements
- Experienced with all Cost Management services including Pre and Post Contract Cost Planning; Procurement and Contract Administration.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Advising clients and design teams on cost, value and risk.
- Monitoring, reviewing and providing advice on Insurances, Guarantees, Bonds and other commercial documentation for the Clients approval.
- Liaise with Clients Commercial Team on commercial and cost related issues and manage implementation of the Clients requirements.
- Experience in quantity take off, pricing, monthly invoicing and variation claims and be computer literate.
- Worked on large scale MEP projects in the Middle East
