Senior Operational Support Manager - Retail Divisional Office - Cairo, Egypt

We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Operational Support Manager for our Retail Divisional Office in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Operational Support Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the support departments/functions to ensure business objectives are met and contribute to the financial targets.

In addition to create, implement and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the departments across all functions, as well as develop, implement and enhance all processes and procedures to continuously improve effectiveness/efficiency of the departments. Ensure organization operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations.

Requirements

As a Senior Operational Support Manager; ideally you have to hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline. With atleast 15 years of retail experience; .Retail Experience is a plus.
