Senior Procurement Executive - Fit Out - Dubai

Salary: 25,000 AED plus flights + medical

A leading western fit out contractor are looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This company has an excellent reputation within the market with an excellent track record for developing their employees.

Focusing on large high end commercial office fit out projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi you will be reporting directly to the procurement manager with a view to you progressing to this role in the coming year or so.

In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Prepare price comparison sheets and submit to Procurement Manager for finalization of orders.
- Prepare and release purchase orders paying attention to details and accuracy of quantity, rate, payment and delivery terms and conditions.
- Request and collect samples from the suppliers upon receipt of samples request
- Maintain and increase supplier database through approved supplier list.
- Assist in transport of local material related logistics.

This role would be ideal for a candidate currently working in procurement within the fit out industry and is looking for a step up or change.

Requirements

- 5 - 7 years experience in Procurement
- Degree qualified
- Experience in the fit out industry
- Knowledge of JAFZA rules and regulations
