Job description / Role
Multinational Industrial manufcaturer are currently in search for a Senior Projects and customer services Manager.
ROLE:
- Develop and apply professional practices and techniques to lead GCC Projects Teams in meeting schedule, reducing cost and risks to ensure satisfied customers
- Develop good relation with customer and end-users by understanding their needs and supporting their goals in projects execution .
- Report the critical issues related to customer satisfaction and the remedial actions taken
Requirements
- Engineering - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- Projects Management - Course for PMP
- Customer Service - Course for Handling Customer Complains
- Audit - Course for Lead Auditor
- Finance - Course for Finance for non - financial managers
Preferred Experience:
- 15+ years Project management experience in Industrial.
- Familiar with product and engineering processes of product and systems
- Contractual knowledge related to projects and sales
