Senior Site Architect

Job description / Role

Client is a large international architectural firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Site Architect for one of its iconic projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be required to assist the Resident Architect/Engineer to ensure the delivery of the project to the highest standards and in line with the Clients delivery programme.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience with 5 years on site roles.
- Minimum 5 years Middle East Experience.
- Been on site for the full life cycle on at least one major project.
- Must have previous experience on Large Low-rise or Office Building project
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
- Be able to deal with minor queries on site and deal with all RFI's
- An ability to carry out site inspections and issue NCR's when required.
