Senior Technical Engineer Tridion

Job description / Role

Our client in the UAE is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in ERP specifically to Core HR for a 12 Month Rolling Contract based in the UAE.

To design & Support IT solutions for the Group. Working as part of a design & support team, the Senior Technical Engineer will design, develop, support and deliver robust and cost effective solutions for both Business and IT led initiatives including solution development and cost estimations, configuration and deployment & Business Case development & approval.

To support, contribute and ensure solution compliance to the architecture, production processes, and other IT standards. To support, contribute and ensure development of the roadmap of the concerned technology roadmap aligning with IT strategy.

Requirements

- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) relevant to IT Experience
- 8+ yrs within a business IT environment, in the areas of implementation and deployment of complex internet/web infrastructure related projects, Software Production, Software and Database design, Solution architecture and cross technology infrastructure design & Implementation
- Solid experience developing and designing solutions for SDL Tridion 2011/2013 architecture.
- SDL Tridion Developer certification.
- Experience creating and implementing SDL Tridion 2013 best practices, Tridion Content Delivery and Tridion Content Management.
- At least 6+ years of working with web applications and Content Management System technologies.
- Experience with Modular Templating and creating complex TBBs
- Experience with core services, GUI extensions, XPM implementation, Content Porter.
- HTML5, CSS3, JS framework plugins experience
- Experience with medium to large projects
- High degree of competency in CMS (Content Management System ) Design, Development and Analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- AngularJS / NodeJS
- E-Commerce
