Site Architect - Immediate Start - Westerner

Job description / Role

International Architectural firm in Dubai require Western, Dubai based Site Architect for immediate start.

Based on High end VIP Residential project in Dubai, this individual will be interfacing with contractor, and managing fit out.

Managing RFI process and managing on site team, this individual will ensure that the design is constructed to spec.

Requirements

- This individual will be based in Dubai currently and have minimum 12 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture.
- Experience on high end residential and hotels in Dubai is required.
- Excellent knowledge of construction and local regulations, teamed with excellent English communication skills is required.
