Requirements

As a Software Engineer - Genesys you will be responsible in the implementation & integration of the Genesys platform. Developing Genesys IVR in Genesys Composer 8.x. Integrating applications with backend system using web services, SSL certificates etc. Genesys customization using SDKs. Developing reports in window based, web based applications and Crystal Reports. Responsible for requirement gathering, development and testing. Interacting with customers in on-site. Providing support for project implementation & documentation. Training to customers on system usage.To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelors / Diploma Degree specialized in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science. You should have a minimum5+ years of experience in Java or .Net Development, Genesys SDK and CTI with on-site experience. You should be experienced in IVR Development in Genesys Composer 8.x, development of routing strategy in IRD, customizing IWS and GAD, Windows and web based, web service applications, stored procedures, SSL Certificates. Preference will be given to integration experience in banking sectors.
Along with previous experience you must have excellent knowledge of in .Net or Java and PL/SQL, Genesys customization using SDKs, Crystal Reports, Genesys CTI Framework.

You should be willing to learn and work on new modules/technology such as RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle.
