Job description / Role
The role of the Stock Auditor is to execute all inventory related activities.
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
- Analyse and validate the monthly inventory schedule proposed by commercial department;
- Ensure calendar is strictly followed;
- Ensure hardware and software materials that assist the inventory are in place and in impeccable conditions to execute the inventories in stores;
- Verify the key data in each inventory, compare it to the previous inventory and verify stock quantity;
- Verify manual counting and exported data accuracy;
- Verify, analyze and validate all inventory data results;
- Verify and justify gaps;
- Analyse stock entrance and stock exit movements;
- Liaise with stores additional manual counting whenever needed as per inventory results;
- Execute Inventory Audit according to internal audit tables;
- Evaluate the stores according to the table criteria;
- Train the team members involved on all needed points of inventory procedures;
- Monitor Inventories;
- Verify the stock movements between the stores and warehouse;
- Verify the delivery notes and update delivery notes in system whenever needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong discipline and commitment to an organized working method;
- Quality and detail orientation;
- Capacity to impose rules and procedures;
- Excellent professional standards;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Efficient and unconditional conclusion of requested tasks and scheduled working plan;
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel
- UAE driver's license is a must
