Charterhouse is working with a globally recognised construction and engineering consultancy that is one of the most successful firms in the Middle East. Due to major company growth, our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team working from their Dubai office.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source and screen candidates by using online job boards, the company website, social media, agencies and direct applications. You will be responsible for creating shortlists and interviewing suitable applicants as well as be involved in the end-to-end management of the recruitment process. Familiarity with the technical engineering and construction markets is essential as the positions you will recruit for require a sound industry understanding.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have more than 3 years’ experience in a technical recruitment position, either agency or in-house. Due to the rapid expansion of the company, it is essential you have high volume sourcing experience. Our client has expressed a preference for a Western educated candidate for this position.
