RP International are currently searching for a Technical Pre Sales Lead (Voice / Contact Centre) to join a leading Telco Vendor within their Enterprise group - to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The role will be split between leading on one of the companies major clients under the Global Airlines & Logistics vertical, providing in life design support for complex changes to the existing environment and working closely with the account team and customer on technology planning & road -mapping to help define strategic architectural direction.

The role requires a good knowledge and experience of Cisco Contact Centre (HCC) technologies. Expertise around voice recording capabilities and Verint technology specifically will also be required, general knowledge of enterprise voice and call accounting will also be an advantage.

The role will also head up the Customer Innovation & Design function for Middle East & North Africa (MENA) leading cross divisional, matrix and virtual teams for new business acquisition requiring non-std or complex solutions

Requirements

- Broad understanding of the solutions business with 10-15 years of experience in the ICT industry
- CISCO CCIE preferable but Cisco CCNP essential or equivalent with focus on Voice / Contact Centre solutions, Verint Call recording knowledge preferable.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex design, implementation and support, particularly in IP networks. This includes expertise in Cisco voice products
- Good documentation skills and expertise on productivity tools like spread sheets and MS Visio.
- Knowledge of competitors, ICT environment, strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends in order to be able to build solutions is an advantage
- Support the proposition and sales team to develop appropriate solutions for customers and close business.
