Job description / Role
Overall Purpose or Function of Position: Support the TMS users by ensuring the TMS system is adequately maintained and is in line with the related process. Ensure data integrity, consistency and adherence to L2 processes and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Global Distribution organization users of TMS
- Acquire and maintain proper awareness and understanding of the End-2-End Distribution workflow.
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date the training material and other user-related documentation
- Work closely with the TMS Team Lead and IT PM to propose alternative solutions and improve existing processes.
Requirements
- Computer degree (Bachelor minimum - Master preferred) and/or supply chain background.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prefered Oracle Consultant

- Require the employee to be pro-active in identifying issues and propose fix to address them as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Flexible in term of work hours to accommodate operation needs.

- Good organization skills
- Capable to work independently with little supervision
- Good ability to look in depth into the issue whilst keeping the big picture in mind
The incumbent is familiar with business systems and is a keen user of IT tools. He/she is also familiar with the supply chain concept and its main pillars: Sourcing, Procurement, Material Management and Logistics
